Photography Guarantee

Sometimes the hair just isn't right, the smiles aren't beaming and somebody is just having a bad day for whatever reason. No problem.

Not absolutely thrilled with your photographs! If you are dissatisfied for ANY reason at all, I will do two things for you:

  1. I will schedule another session at your convenience and photograph you or your family again and you won't pay a PENNY for this session.
  2. I will refund EVERY PENNY you invested if I am unable to please you with your photographs. No questions asked because it doesn't do either of us any good if you aren't completely thrilled with your photographs.

My goal is to offer you stunning photographs that you and your family will love and cherish for a lifetime. I take pride in my standards of work and enthusiastic approach.

Print Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the prints you receive I will refund EVERY PENNY for the prints in full on any print returned in like-new condition within 7 days or I will arrange for a re-print to be produced and delivered! But I know that you will just love the quality of the large-format printed photographs.

 

If you can’t pick up your prints at the studio I will take every precaution to ensure your print is not damaged during shipping. However, if a problem does arise during shipping I'll replace the print free of charge. I'm so confident in the quality of the prints that I offer a full replacement guarantee for any print that fades during the lifetime of the original owner. The only condition being that the photograph is first returned and that I still have the digital file to generate a reprint.
