Photograph Satisfaction Promise
I offer a 100% "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee". If you are not completely thrilled with your photographs I will offer to schedule a second photography session with you. If these photographs from the second shoot don’t exceed your expectations, then I will provide you with a full refund of the total amount paid for photography services. No questions asked and no hard feelings either! However, none of the photographs taken on your shoot(s) will receive usage rights.
My focus is dedicated to making your portrait photography session fun by offering you a truly memorable experience. I take pride in my standards of work and enthusiastic approach. My goal is to offer you stunning timeless photographs that you and your family will love and cherish for years to come.
Print Satisfaction Promise
If you are not 100% satisfied with the prints, I will refund your money for the prints in full on any print returned in like-new condition within 30-days! But I know that you will just love the quality of the large-format printed photographs.
If you can’t pick up your prints at the studio I will take every precaution to ensure your print is delivered in perfect condition. However, if a problem does arise during shipping I will replace the print free of charge. I offer a full replacement guarantee for any print that fades during the lifetime of the original owner.
